The Sunday Special
Work hard. Rest deep.
Sometimes 60 minutes isn't enough to fully unwind the training load of the week. The Sunday Special is a dedicated 90-minute session designed to be the bridge between your last training block and your next one.
We meet on the sand every other Sunday to combine the best of both worlds: active mobility to generate heat and passive restoration to target the fascia. This is the structural reset button you’ve been looking for.
The Format:

Part 1: The Burn (60 Minutes)

A deliberate Slow Flow Vinyasa engineered to target common athletic restrictions—tight hips, rigid spines, and dormant glutes. We use the sand to challenge balance and build heat.

Part 2: The Release (30 Minutes)

We transition immediately into a deep Yin practice, holding passive floor shapes for 3-5 minutes to target connective tissue and down-regulate the nervous system.

Bi-Weekly Sundays starting March 22nd.

Need to Know:

Location: Classes meet at Mickler's Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Weather Policy: We train with nature, not against it. Classes are weather permitting. In the event of rain or high winds, registered students will be notified via email/text at least 60 minutes prior to class time.

What to Bring: A yoga mat (or large towel), water, and layers. Sunscreen is highly recommended.
