Refunds & Weather Rescheduling

Can I get a refund? We do not offer refunds for events or services. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable.

What happens if it rains? If we must cancel an event due to weather, you will receive a credit to rebook for a future event so you don't miss out.

Can I change my service level? Exchanges for a higher tier of service are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your options.
