Week Day Beach Yoga
Leave the controlled environment behind.
Training in a studio has its benefits, but training in the elements builds a different kind of resilience. The Field Work Series moves our practice to the sand at Mickler's Landing, adding a layer of natural instability that recruits the deep stabilizers of the foot, ankle, and hip—muscles that a studio floor simply can't touch.
We combine the restorative power of the ocean with the structural focus of the Applied Resilience method. Come for the fresh air; stay for the proprioceptive challenge.
