Most static plans assume you have perfect biomechanics and zero life stress. The Custom Blueprint is different. It is a custom-built training architecture designed specifically around your schedule, your current fitness, and your unique physiology.

This is not a "cookie-cutter" template. Before I write a single workout, we review your injury history and goals. I then construct a complete roadmap from Day 1 to Race Day. You get the structure of a pro plan, with the freedom to execute it on your own terms.

  • The Deep Dive Consult (45 mins): An initial assessment of your running history, injury profile, and goal timeline so I can build a plan that fits your reality.

  • The Full Build: A complete schedule mapped out specifically for your race date.

  • Mobility Microdose Library (Included): Launching in January 2026, receive full access to my catalog of targeted video routines for the duration of your plan ($57-$95 Value). Whether you need a 5-minute hip reset or a specific pre-run activation, you have the tools to keep your joints happy while you train.

  • Mid-Point Virtual Check-in (60 mins): We don't just set it and forget it. Halfway through your training block, we meet virtually to review your progress, address any emerging aches, and recalibrate the second half of the plan if needed.

  • Integrated Joint Support: Unlike generic plans, your Blueprint includes specific days for cross-training and stability work targeting your weak points (e.g., hypermobile hips, stiff ankles, or weak glutes).

  • The "Life Happens" Guide: A cheat sheet on how to safely adjust the plan if you get sick, miss a workout, or need to travel.

The 12-Week Build — $395 Perfect for base building, 5k/10k prep, or experienced runners with a short runway.

The 16-Week Build — $475 (Most Popular) The industry standard for Half Marathon and Marathon preparation. Allows for a proper build, peak, and taper.

The 20-Week Build — $550 Ideal for ultra training, first-time marathoners, or injury-prone runners who need a slower, more conservative ramp-up.

⚠️ Important: Blueprint vs. Coaching

To ensure this program remains affordable, please note the following boundaries:

  • Communication: This plan is designed for self-execution. It does not include daily feedback, workout analysis, or unlimited text/email support.

  • Adjustments: Your plan includes one major revision during our Mid-Point Check-in. If life changes and you need the plan rewritten outside of that meeting, a "Re-Calibration Fee" ($75) applies.

  • Accountability: You are the captain of this ship. I provide the map and the compass; you steer the boat. If you need daily oversight, please view the Adaptive Athlete Protocol.
