The "Resilience" Factor: This is what separates us from standard run coaching. We have specific weekly check-ins regarding joint health and soreness. If a niggle pops up, we pivot immediately—swapping a run for a specific strength or mobility prescription to keep you moving without damage.

Data Analysis: I dig into your heart rate, pace, and cadence data to ensure we are hitting the correct energy systems without overtraining.

Mobility Microdose Library: Full access to my catalog of short, targeted video routines. Whether you need a 5-minute hip reset or a specific pre-run activation, you have the tools to self-maintain between sessions.

The Long Run Ride-Along (Monthly): Once a month, I join you on your long run (on bike) for a 2-3 hour field session.

Real-Time Gait Analysis: I monitor your form as fatigue sets in, correcting mechanical breakdown before it becomes an injury.

Fueling Execution: We practice your nutrition strategy in real-time to train your gut for race day.
