The ARL Run Club is a weekly, social beach 5K designed to help us move intentionally and build physical and mental resilience using the natural resistance of the coast. This isn't about breaking personal records; it’s about community, consistency, and starting the week together.
How to Join
- Select Your Date: Choose your Monday evening session from the booking calendar on this page.
- RSVP for Free: Complete the quick reservation (no payment info required) so we can get an accurate headcount for the post-run cooler.
- Hit the Sand: Show up ready to move, connect, and grab an ice-cold NA beer after.
The Experience
- The Vibe: Conversational pace, community-focused, and strictly "no runner left behind."
- The Terrain: 100% beach sand.
- Footwear: Barefoot-friendly and highly encouraged! If you prefer sandals or light trainers, bring them along, but we love the grounding aspect of a barefoot sand run.
- The Audio: Leave the headphones behind for this one. Let's take full advantage of the natural soundtrack of the ocean to clear our heads, stay present, and talk to each other.
- The Post-Run: Stick around after we finish—the cooler will be stocked with ice-cold non-alcoholic beers so we can rehydrate, hang out, and catch the sunset together.

What to Bring
- A bottle of water.
- An open mind.
- (Optional) Sandals or light trainers if you aren't running barefoot.
